Think Soft Landing

Some of the FF and E solutions and technologies will lead to a step-change in the delivery of learning. We have observed that some people - staff and pupils - do not adapt readily to this change.

In order to smooth the transition and facilitate a ‘soft landing’, Think ff+e consultants are able to work with other consultants and suppliers to create sample environments ahead of the move into a new facility. This allows new approaches to be tested and training sessions provided, followed by real time learning to take place. It also allays fears and prepares staff and students alike for the new environment. Feedback from the use of the sample environments helps to fine tune the final design solution.
